Method of Tuition Payment

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if the international student

  • is denied admission to Edmonton Catholic Schools, or

  • is not able to obtain a Student Visa (a copy of the refusal letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada must be submitted to the International Office), or

  • becomes a permanent resident of Canada prior to September 30th of current academic year

Refund cheques are issued

  • Only to the payee

  • In the amount of paid tuition fees less non-refundable $300 application processing fee

  • Within 2-3 weeks after written request has been approved

Note:

  • No refund will be issued for late arrivals

  • No refund will be issued once a student has started school

  • School does not do direct deposit for refunds

回款條文

海外生所支付之學費只會在下列情況下發回給付款人

  • 入學申請被校方拒絕,或

  • 申請人未能獲批學生簽證〈須呈交加國移民局所發的拒絕簽證信函〉,或

  • 申請人在申請學年的九月三十日前成為了加國永久居民

回款規則

  • 只會退回給付款人

  • 所支付學費將扣除手續費三百加元後會全數退回給付款人

  • 在書面退款申請得到批准後,於兩至三個星期內便會發回退款

注意事項:

  • 遲誤抵達者不獲退款

  • 學生開始上課後,便不會獲發退款

  • ​校方不以會自動過戶方式退坎
